10/01/2021 we visited arbys at 2501 little rock rd.And as we entered the drivethrough and they already had five cars waiting.
We made our order at the pull up window and ordered two chicken sandwiches and fries and two cokes, when we recieved the order the chicken sandwiches had two chicken nugetts on bread,
and sandwiches were cold and fries also. This is unacceptable.
Please talk to and train your employees in customer service skills. Also the lights outside were not on. A reputable business should have a bright parking lot. Braided hair should have hairnets on.Managers should apologize! when they make big mistakes.We don't eat out everyday so we expect good service.
