Logan's Roadhouse - Service! Worst experience ever!

Came in with my son on july 21 at 10pm left at 1045 pm sat at the bar this girl was so focused on her coworkers and cleaning we was completely ignored!

Order a beer with our appetizer. I never got a beer. Had to ask her if there was something wrong with the machine and she explained oh I forgot. Had to ask for everything that shouldn’t have to ask for. Had to ask for straws had to ask for napkins had to ask for ketchup on my fries had to ask for even cinnamon butter with my rolls that were hard.. Then when my steak finally came, it was cold. So I ate my baked potato and waited patiently for the waitress to acknowledge why i’m not eating my dinner she never did like I said I was completely ignored by this rude woman wearing a purple shirt, blonde hair. No name tag I finally paid my bill and told her I didn’t eat my steak because it was cold. She just kind of looked at me. Do you want another one. After I sat there for several long minutes being ignored, I said, no! When I paid my bill I gave her $100 bill. I got back a stack of ones that is ridiculous. It won’t even fit in my wallet! So you mean to tell me with all the money in this restaurant she couldn’t find a way to give me proper change and had to give me a stack of ones I can’t even put all this in my wallet! It was very frustrating and i’m very disappointed in the way. I was treated here by this one particular person and she could’ve cared less and i’m sending you this message while i’m sitting in the parking lot. Check your cameras you’ll see you when i’m telling you the truth i’m wearing a black shirt grunt style, with a green hat and my son is sitting next to me on my right. You asked for me to be specific so here it is. I don’t see myself entering your establishment anytime soon I don’t deserve this kind of treatment!

Desired outcome: This employee needs to be reprimanded for their incompetence, and their lack of any kind of appreciation.
