Received terrible pizza. Contacted Tyler Smith for another pizza. At first it was come in and get it. Now it is, We refund you in cash, for a pizza bought with a Discover card... Not True. Tyler Smith ghosted me and refuses to do anything as your guarantee. I think he is in over his head running the store, but don't understand why he will not re-do the pizza. His attitude and refund lie has irritated me well beyond the $20 I spent there. He said he could not look up the Case Id: [protected]. Here is his note:
