The service was excellent but the food was not what I remembered from outback (mentor, Ohio). I spent $91.00 for my wife and myself the steak had no taste and very tough, it was more like baked instead of broiled, you charge extra for asparagus which was bland, baked potatoes were small and salty, the steak dip was so salty it raised my blood pressure. I was an frequent diner and had not been since the mayfield location closed. I hope we can make this situation rewarding I really like outback but not sure if I would go back, if I do I would try a different meal choice.
Desired outcome: I would like you to offer me and my wife meals so that we may continue our tradition at your steak house

My sister, grandson and I waited an hour outside the North Charleston South Carolina Outback. That was pretty much normal at 4p.m. Saturday. We were seated and it took another 25 minutes to place our order. Robert, our waiter, was overwhelmed by the number of people in his aera. I realize every restaurant is understaffed. The waiting was bad enough, but the food was cold, we didn't get our salads until after our "hot" food arrived. Our unsweet tea was not up to the usual flavor. I had prime rib, which was the main purpose of going to your restaurant. It was so cold that the far had recongealed to suet. My sister had Alice Springs chicken whick was scorched on the bottom. Our bread was not fresh. Our baked potatoes were quite overcooked and were not fluffy when opened. We could have complained in house, but it had taken so long to get our dinner I didn't want to start over. Our bill was $68.76, Ticket #0173. We would like to be recompensed so we can try again. We have been OBS customers since they opened here.
