Spent 35 mins waiting on "freshly cooked" for dinner since our water is still off, only to get home to this! THIS! This is still raw! My oldest son almost bit into this til he saw how flimsy it was and notified me! Shame Shame shame. Best believe I lost it and went back inside where the employees were freaking out over me. I threw the food on the counter and the female employee came walking up to see what the problem was.. I said "oh honey, let me tell you! Touch this! And tell me what you think?" So she touched it and started freaking out yelling that it was raw and asked if we wanted a refund and all that crap. I asked for the manager and all of a sudden there is confusion. They had a manager named karri but she went to the store (?).. so we asked who was in charge and they couldn't tell us. We then had her call someone that was the main manager named Megan whom could only be reached via Facebook? (I know right) so she face times with that person meanwhile another chick standing around not doing anything but looking at Brandon, starts telling her to stop whatever she was doing if she was on the phone.. then says she clearly has nothing to do with this scenario. (nobody cares about you then!) So then the other girl comes back after being on the phone and asked us if we'd like anything for free. We said absolutely not, that we weren't eating there again because they could have killed our kids! Then she looked puzzled and asked if there was anything else she could do. I said uh yeah give me the number and name for the current manager! She puts her hands on her forehead and says ohhhh yeah, um she's new (as that new manager stands in the background the entire time!) And they all had such a hard time thinking of that new managers name... Come on people.. 😂😩 finally got them all to agree on what her name was and the girl who gathered all the information the entire time, had to suddenly run back to the office to write everything down for me and said karri will be back in the morning.. This place appears to not know who their manager is, nor does that said manager even have what it takes to step up and make things right with serious issues like ours! Instead they cowered in the back while everyone was trying to "think" of her name! I would not want to work for this location and I'm starting to think that by the looks of everyone there tonight, that this is an ongoing issue? You have workers who look like they are high on something. Pure disgusting! I commend the one girl who actually took the time to help get the phone number for whoever this person is but I will be contacting your corporate office as well as the health inspector, only because I care about my community and no one deserves to get sick and possibly die for your workers careless actions! There is no reason what so ever that the chicken tenders be as cold as they were after supposedly cooking for that 18 minutes that we had to sit and wait! Thanks to you guys, My appetite was ruined and I did not want to eat anywhere else! Our water has been under maintenance all day therefor we could not use it to cook or clean and relied on your company to help feed my kids but unfortunately we almost had a nasty hospital stay and you guys almost got hit with some legal issues. You need to fire everyone and hire a totally different team since no one wanted to take responsibility, it wasn't ever busy so there are no reasons or excuses for this to have happened!
Desired outcome: Whatever I can get. I certainly do not want any food.
