The card reader wouldn’t read my chip. I asked them if the my could enter my card in manually and I was told I don’t know what that means. I said that’s ok, and asked to speak to manager and said she will know what I’m talking about. Then I had the unfortunate pleasure of meeting Reva. She is really mean. She said if it doesn’t read your card, use a different one, cash, or leave basically. The card machine looked like it had been run over and I had just used my card at 2 other places before arriving. When I asked her if she could enter it in she Interrupted me and yelled at me we CANNOT ENTER ANYTHING MANUALLY! If she handles me asking that question like she did, I can’t imagine ALL the other instances where she must lose her cool and act inappropriate. When we left my 6 year old said I don’t think they knew there was a kid back here. If that puts her tone into perspective. We will never be back.
Desired outcome: I’d like the owner of the restaurant to know. And I’d like Reva’s boss to know how she acted. Bc if she treated me like that over me asking a question, I can’t imagine how she responds in more hostile and stressful environments.
