Wendy’s quality of food

So I came in Cromwell Wendy's drive thru last night after 10:30 and all of my food was cold! I ordered a 4 for 4 my JBC was cold, the fries were old and not hot and my nuggets had white stuff on it weren't so warm either Never coming to this Wendy's ever again and the manager was very rude. The quality of the service wasn't great at all, food could've been cooked hot but overall I'm disappointed and not coming here again. 1 star rating

Wendy’s junction city, ks store

My family and I have been to this store numerous times because it is the only store in our town. The past 6 times, they had no baked potatoes. Also, three times, we got ice cold chili, taco salad that had been left out because the leafs were black. We have sworn officially to never go back because of how awful this store is. I hope something is done because of how many people have hated this store and will avoid it at all costs.

Wendy’s cold food, indifferent service...

Red Bluff, California location. Repeat problems with cold burgers and buns and indifferent service. No correction of problem. Repeat requests to make sure the food isn't cold goes unnoted and uncorrected. I've had the same problem at the Orland, California location, especially with the chicken sandwiches that arrive with cold and mushy breading and buns. Aren't customers getting sick? Is anyone else complaining? I can't imagine that I'm the only one. I paid $10.00 for an inedible lunch and the only resolution that the Wendy's restaurant in Red Bluff would do to accommodate me was to refund me the $3.00 (Approx.) for the cold burger I received. They wouldn't refund for the rest of the meal that I wouldn't eat. They said there was nothing wrong with the rest of it. I went to McDonalds. The food was fine.

Wendy’s order taking

The lady taking our order has a bad attitude while speaking to us. We asked for a baked potato and she said there werent any. Half an hour later we asked again and she said it was an hour until they would be ready. In other words, they had nothing prepared until someone complained about there not being any. Everyone was standing around not doing anything at all. Bad service over all.

Wendy’s wendy's on chapel hill road, morrisville, nc - harassment and intimidation

My fiancé and I yesterday at 9:35pm went to the Wendy's on chapel hill road in morrisville nc last night. We drove up to the window expecting to be greeted by someone who was respectful, courteous and someone who would take our order. I was going to get a coupon when someone on the speaker said "come inside and play with me" I said "what?" He said "come inside and play with me hahaha, I want to play with you"... in a creepy eerie voice. I later found out this man was daushaun Bronson. I was shocked and my fiancé was too. I didn't say anything then he said "why do you look so shocked? Come inside and play with me..." this was harassment and intimidation not to mention beyond inappropriate what if our children had been with us? I thought Wendy's was meant to have standards and be family friendly. At this my fiancé said enough of this and drove up to the window where the manager was. She didn't give us her name but had long red hair and seemed to not know what was happening. There was an African American girl with a headset next to her who seemed to have known or heard what daushaun had said. She was quiet. We told the manager what happened and she just said she was sorry. We asked for him to be sent on break so he wouldn't be near our good she didn't seem to do that either. The other girl mumbeld "you got us in trouble"... so clearly she had heard what happened. Clearly the manager didn't care about our experience as her customers and Wendy's customers so we asked to have her mangers name and number Matt Erikson. We are reporting this since intimidation shouldn't be allowed nor should harassment. I work at Cisco and know thousands of parents who wouldn't want to be subjected to this.

Wendy’s food

I went to Wendy's in Lincoln Heights, OH, around 11:20 on 9/29/2017. I bought a 4 piece nugget and a small chocolate frosty. The cup that I received with my frosty in it reeked of cigarette smoke. Now I don't know how or why but I hope they weren't smoking inside the place of business. I'm not asking for a free frosty or anything in return, I'm just trying to make sure that nobody smokes inside. Even if you're an employee.

Wendy’s morehead ky service and food

I sat in the drive thru for 20 minutes and watched the employee chit chat with a car and held the entire line up. When we finally got up there to get our food, half of our food was missing. We went back in after checking our order and it took an additional 15 minutes to be helped. The fries were cold, not seasoned and just raw mush. My sandwich was dressed with green tomatoes. I was so fed up that I just tossed the food because it was disgusting. Never usually have a problem but this visit was ridiculous. Rude and unhelpful employees.

Wendy’s I was recently wrongfully fired

My name is Anthony Harris I was just fired from wendy's here in mt vernon illinois because me an a manager had exchanged words back in forth. I have worked for them for at least 8yrs and it has never been this bad in the store the management there is crap there is no structure and when we have employees meeting the employees can't express there feeling and how the feel about how things are in the store. The reason I had got fired there was nothing done that the prep people was to do a lady came through drive threw and ordered a tea with lemon but there wasn't any and everyone was in the office when I said something to the manger but she started getting smart with me like go ahead and text the district manager or the General manager but I couldn't because they was in a meeting I went threw the proper way to thing but nothing was getting done so we started arguing on front line and I was a crew leader but when she said that why I still have my name tag and you don't have yours that's when I told her that I could do her job better then she could. So the other manger that was there she wasn't in the building but when she can back form break the too mangers talk and that's when she had sent me home. When I took my uniform back that when I found the General manager told me that the person that I argued with did not write the statement someone else did and the General manager has no reason to lie to me.

Wendy’s I found a tooth in my chicken nuggets

I was not given a receipt when I paid trough the drive through. It was around 4:45 PM on Wednesday, September 27 at 4S Ranch Common’s 10536 Craftsman Way San Diego, CA 92127. I went through the drive through and ordered 20 chicken nuggets and a baked potato. Me and the 4 year old that I babysit we're eating chicken nuggets when I bit on something hard as rock and thought I had cracked my tooth. I pulled it out only to realize that I had chomped down on a TOOTH. What if the girl I babysit for was the one who chewed into it? What if she choked on it? This is unacceptable and disgusting.

Oh and this incident also cost me my babysitting job. When I was sitting for the four year old she told me that she had to use the washroom. I was complaining about the tooth to you guys at the time. I told her to shut up. But she started crying because she had an accident. I slapped her across the face because she should have told me earlier. I told the brat not to tell her parents and she did anyway, and they fired me.They are also considering pressing charges.

Wendy’s food

I ordered my food at the drive thru got a chicken sandwich the chicken was really dry it was hard to chew and swallow cuz that's how dry it was I got some chicken nuggets too and they were almost burnt couldn't eat them had to throw them away the one I tried was really dry too. I really like Wendy's never had this problem before and I go there a lot when I'm in Peru.

Wendy’s spicy chicken salad full size

Your prices have risen 3 times within recent memory. The size of the chicken has become smaller and there is less provolone--not to mention that I have not received croutons at least three times. Is this a national Wendy's thing or is it poor management at Wendy's Huntingdon Valley?

There is a Saladworks within walking distance and I have chosen Wendy's over them. I am not sure I will continue to patronize Wend's since I can buy three heads of lettuce for what you are presently charging and declining quality.

Wendy’s rude customer service

As of 9/25/17 at 9:30 P.M I had arrived at my local Wendys branch located at 6290 Sheridan Blvd, Arvada, CO 80003.
I had an awful day at work. Hoping to cheer myself up with wendy's I knew that the lobby closes at 10 P.M. This branch has a habit of closing their doors early, sometimes as early as 9 P.M so I had hoped I could receive my meal regardless. Trying to enter the lobby the door was locked, seeing an employee standing there I waved attempting to get her attention. Instead, she rolled her eyes and turned her back to me. That was the first rude thing I experienced, I would have understood if she came to the door and let me know they were not willing to serve me. But her rolling her eyes and turning her back to me was entirely unnecessary. The second thing I went to the drive through some wendys has served me with the drive-through before. Now I'm not upset they didn't serve me If they had just told me they were not allowed to serve me since the branch closed at 1 AM. They had plenty of time to inform me if they were not allowed to.
Instead, the employee working the drive through must not have realized her headset was on.
Two voices came through the microphone one more distant the other more clearly. The one that was more distant said: "You should tell her we cant serve her." And the more clear voice said, "No I Don't."
I waited for another moment in hopes they had changed their minds or to politely tell me they are not allowed to serve me. Instead, the voice came on once more and said: "The fat [censor] won't go away."

Now my weight should have never come into this scenario. Nor should I have ever been treated so poorly. Now once again I'm not mad I was not able to be served. I am highly upset that I was treated in such a cold and downright cruel manner. Now I do not care If she didn't mean to have her headset on. The bottom of the line is, she said those cruel things to me.
Now I can assure you that is highly unlikely that I nor my household will eat at this branch again.
I had always enjoyed wendys for their family-friendly atmosphere and how it could make a bad day worth it.
I would like a formal apology, as well as a 25$ gift card for that, was the amount I was going to spend. I was buying for my entire household. Or one free meal as reimbursement.

Wendy’s I am complaining about the frosty's at both wendy locations in kinston, nc.

My husband and I travel through southeastern NC with our business. We generally stop atWendys before going home and get a Frosty. Both Kinston locations' Fostys are "soup". Other locations we go to the Frostys are thick It doesn't matter whether the weather is hot or cold or when we go it is thin, runny and somewhat warm. We go to at least one of the Kinston locations once a week and this is how it is every Time we go. We will have to stop patronizing the two Kinston locations due to the runny and soupy Frostys since this is the reason we go. We would like to get our Frostys at Kinston since we are closest to our home. And at the end of the day it would be nice to get a good Frosty close to home!

Wendy’s my food

When I went in to get order my food I got half my order didn't get no receipt and when I called some girl got smart and hung up the phone so I called back and I didn't get any response so I need something to be done cause I order food for my kids and my grandmother and my grandmother was pretty upset that she never wants to go back to Wendy's anymore I love Wendy's so please do something about it

my name is Michael aull, I live in Owensboro ky. twice when I returned from Evansville I stop by wendys in Henderson ky on hwy 41 last week I ordered a dbl cheeseburger & fries(always order the same) received a chicken sandwich.yesterday on 09-23-2017 I ordered the same dbl burger ^ fries-received a single dressed-fries. when I leave the restaurant there is no place to turn around & I am 2 miles from my Owensboro exit. Wendy’s rude behavior of a manager towards employee

There was a huge soccer tournament this weekend that Wendy's on verity Pkwy was sponsoring, we had a large order and the manager up front, he was a young guy, was very rude to the cashier, her name tag said "Tiff" he was moving very slow and looked bewildered, and she was trying to help him, he was making very rude comments at her and even swat at her hand! I thought that was very unprofessional and mostly disrespectful towards her, she was very nice, friendly, I saw her get upset and I seen tears well up and she stepped out, because he was the manager, I'm moving up the chain of command to report his behavior, he's sort of tall, pale skin and blond hair. Is Wendy's that hard up for managers? This guy looked like he was uninterested in being there.

Wendy’s drive thru delay

The wife and I recently attempted to order drive through at one of our local Wendy's in Tulsa. We noticed the exorbitant amount of time to make it up to the drive through window only to be further delayed by someone in front that had obviously ordered an extraordinary amount of food. By the time my wife and I got to the pay window we had both lost our appetite and just wanted to get out of the line entirely. 20 plus minutes later we reached the pay window and I informed the kid that were canceling our order. He stated the lady ahead of us ordered over $60 worth of food and this was the reason for the long delay. My response to this claim was why did they (Wendy's personnel) direct this customer into the parking area so that the smaller orders could be filled timely considering it was a drive through service. I was amazed at the stupidity displayed by Wendy's employees to compel several customers to wait unnecessarily for someone so rude and inconsiderate to place such a large order at the drive through window. Common sense has obviously left the building at this franchise and my wife and I will never get that waste of time back...ever. We wont be back to this franchise as it is painfully obvious the owner has idiots working there.

Wendy’s unethical and rude behavior from an employee

On September 22nd, I attempted to go through the drive thru of the Wendy's (Store #3259 located at 6870 Hwy 90, in Longs, South Carolina) . I try not to patronize that paticular location even though it's only a half mile from my house because it's never efficiently stocked (no napkins ever ) and what's suppose to be a fast food line is slow as molasses. On this particular day I decided to go through the drive thru as my 2 year old grand son was in the back sleep. I was on line for 14 minutes before i was able to order, and there were only 2 cars in front of me. But that's typical at that location. When I was finally able to place my oder, I ordered a # 2 and side garden salad. I was told they do not sell side garden salads. I know Wendy's menu backwards, so I corrected her by pointing it out on the menu. Immediately, a man responded and said with an attitude, " She's in training" to which I responded, " Maybe you shouldn't choose to put someone in training on the register during peak lunch hour, especially if they are not familiar with the menu". He responded and said " Maybe you should choose to go to another location". At that point I was flabbergasted! and in fear that someone with such rude behavior is capable of sabotaging my food. So I didn't say another word. I simply asked for his name, which was Aaron Sarvis. And when I called to ask to speak with the manager, it turns out he was the manager. He is a horrible representative of Wendy's and certainly should not be training people. I have patronized Wendy's for years and have always chose Wendy's over the other fast food restaurants. But if this is the type of rude behavior Wendy's is training and the type I service I can expect in the future, I will certainly reconsider my choice in restaurants. I know this is not the type of service Mr. Dave Thomas had in mind for his restaurants.

Wendy’s salad

We ordered two half Mozzarella chicken salads Half of the greens and both salads were bad. We went back through the drive-through line because something was missing in our order and we mentioned that the salad was bad but they did not offer us new salads.
I just felt that it was bad customer service that two new salads were not offered especially since our order was already missing an item.

Wendy’s grilled chicken go wrap

I ordered 4 chicken go wraps grilled. Ordered them from the drive thru at the boulder Hwy. Location in Henderson, NV. When I got home 2 of them had very tiny strips of chicken. 2 didn't have any chicken at all. Now I order these at least 3 times a week so I'm Familiar with how they should come. This was not it. I was very disappointed. It's ridiculous that they would allow that to go out of the drive thru window. I have had problems with this location before. This was the final straw. I will not be ordering from that location again.
