This was my worst Wingstop experience to date. My wife ordered online for pickup. The wait was apprised supposed to be 16-21 minutes. After 20 minutes I go to pick up my food, only to be told it wasn't ready. OK, not a problem, it's Friday, I know it's busy. After waiting 20 more minutes, I get my food. I get home (I live across the street. ) and my food is cold. My chicken sandwich didn't have pickles, my cheese fries w/ extra cheese had no cheese and also were cold. I return to the store to speak to someone and a young lady came out, proceeded to empty the contents of my bag of food. She then took back the cold fries to exchange them. She re bagged everything. I get home and the chicken tenders I had in my bag were not there, she mistakenly put back the cold fries I had returned. I had to go back to the store for the 3rd time. I tell the young lady she mistakenly put back the cold fries in my bag, only to be looked at as if I were lying. She tells me to wait, so I wait 10 more minutes to receive the chicken tenders. By now all the other food I had ordered is now cold. I never received an apology, or any type of empathy. I can , with all honesty and sincerity say, this will be the LAST time I ever order Wingstop. The service alone is reason enough. As a person with over 20 years in quick casual dining, this was the perfect example on how to loose a customer. Now I'm not one to write to anyone to complain, but this experience was enough to warrant this. Please please please don't bother ordering from here if you expect both good food and good service.
