Bought a medium to firm mattress from aaa beds and they have told us to contact you re our complaint. This was certainly not medium to firm it is rock solid we have slept on it for a month now and are aching all over and havnt had one decent nights sleep. We bought it in november and stored it in our loft as we converted it we would like a full refund but now have the problem of removing it from the loft in one piece as the large window we took it in through has now been fitted and the surrounding area slated. When a product is sold, the merchandise is marked up tho produce a certain level of profit for the retailer. As such, the manufacture is not in a position to provide a refund; it is strictly something that has to be addressed through the retailer.
There is a warranty provided with the mattress which guarantees the mattress will not sag, however that does not seem to be your issue. Even if the mattress would be exchanged, the old mattress would have to be provided in return.
Wish I could suggest a better solution.
