Setting the record strait is the most important step is resolving the issues some of the clients of Affordable Legal Help have incurred.
The individuals who have already been refunded in full or partially have not been refunded because of their complaints, they have not been refunded because of their comments about this company ...they have been refunded because this company genuinely wants to refund a customer whom has not gotten the experience they expected.
Each and every issue has been used as constructive feedback to help create and promote a better service, and the clients who are and have been experiencing it are happy.
No one has an excuse for a mistake that is made, it can only be acknowledged and used for the future.
On this board, there are several individuals who do not want progress, they do not want positive.
The truth about this board are as follows:
50% of all the comment/complaints are one person. Heather Miller, whom is refunded in full as a courtesy as we were not able to continue working with her.
As for the rest of the comments and complaints, there is another 25% which are not and have never been customers of this company. They work for other companies and are looking to get leads to make their money.
The 25% who are actually clients, I will post a detailed list of every single one including a comprehensive list of the refunds they have received.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.

I was told numerous time I was getting a refund for 6 months now because they have worked on the wrong issue on my case. Also nothing was ever sent to the court as they said they would do. They are in breach of contract. I was a client but fired them after nothing was getting done and had to hire another attorney. They are fraudulent for their business practices. Very poor comunication with their customers and thay don't ever answer their phones...do not use this co! They are a bunch of liars!
This company is a huge Scam. I have not gotten any business from them and when I requested proof they couldn't prove me with any work or anything. I have done more work with just trying to get my money back then they ever did! I am sick to know that there are people out there that can do this to families! How they can sleep at night knowing that they hurt a small child and their parents! I could barely afford to give this money up, I went without paying bills to do this and I got NOTHING! And now I am having problems getting my $1500 so I can use this to get a reliable person to help me!
My contention is that their Business is listed as violating State Licenser codes per BBB and there are several registered complaints against this company with no response per BBB however they continue to stay in business. I was told I would receive a full refund by Edward Maddison on the 17th of December and I have characters like this Nicole Smith who was never the Case Manager over my case nor involved with my refund process falsifying information online by telling me that I received my refund already? Moreover she alleges without any proof whatsoever that the numerous negative comments on this site are from competitors? With their business practices no competitor needs to worry about ALH getting all the business. I wish they could be put out of business as I continue to see how many individuals have had their money stolen from them by the Affordable Legal Help group.
I don't understand why there are these complaints. I literally had my case finalized within a month of signing paperwork with them. I am satisfied with the outcome and just came on here to check what people have to say. The services rendered to me were above satisfactory and i would use them again if I needed to.
I find it ironic that if you were so satisfied with the services of the Affordable Legal Help group you would go onto a Complaint Board to express your wonderful experience. Why not place a testimonial on the site of ALH...were you referred to this site by ALH or perhaps you had a lot of time on your hands so you googled the complaint sites to see if ALH was listed, or perhaps you are an employee of ALH attempting to place a positive spin. Either way your comments on this site appear to be illogical?

Edward was second in charge for Father's Choice and CJ was a part in stopping them.
