I recently called Associa to get a permission to rent out my condo. I was told someone would call back in 48 hours. It has now been a week and after 3 calls, nobody has contacted me. My case was viewed twice by one of the property managers and I also suddenly received a violation notice about pots outside of my condo which I never had issues with in the past. I am considering just selling the condo because I don't want to deal with these useless people. What's the point of wasting nerves and $ ? They could make this a lot easier for everyone if they would just add the necessary information and forms to their website.
Desired outcome: I'd like for someone to contact me. And to be more communicative to customers in general.
