I purchased a Bosch refrigerator among other appliances at Bill Smith in Fort Mayers in 2020. Last November my refrigerator ( I purchased an extended warranty, with a promise that if they could not fix the product they would replace it) started shutting down for a few minutes at time and then turning back on. I contacted Bill Smith and since then they’ve been 5 times in my house trying to fix the issue. They were not able to fix it, refuse to replace the refrigerator and want to keep coming back. It has been 6 months and I still have the same problem with my refrigerator. On top of it the technician from moving the refrigerator so many times ended up damaging the side of the refrigerator. I filled a complaint on 04/27/2022 with Bill Smith and so far I don’t have any resolution for this matter.
Desired outcome: Since they can not fix the problem and there is a damage on the side I want a new refrigerator.
