Bluebell Conveyancing review: Elaine Daher and her dubious conduct

Elaine Daher and Bluebell Conveyancing are about as low and dishonest as they come. My mother had the misfortune of these enlisting these crooks to perform the conveyancing on her purchase.
They under quote verbally and then issue a statement of cost with a much higher price after you have agreed to proceed. Of coarse a favorable review on their scam review site will get you a discount "honor original quote". If you try to change to a different conveyancing company, this is when Elaine Daher jumps out of tree and verbally threatens to sue you for disclosing her dishonest behavior. She also threatens to place caveats on your purchase to destroy your sale .

Bluebell Conveyancing Australia Pty Ltd (ACN: [protected]) has been restrained from operating as a conveyancing business or representing that it is authorised to do so, after an interim injunction granted in the Melbourne Magistrates’ Court.

Anthony Lee, 36, of Melbourne, the sole director of Bluebell Conveyancing, has been restrained from having any involvement in any unlicensed conveyancing business, or making any representations that an unlicensed person or company is authorised to operate a conveyancing business.

Bluebell Conveyancing and Mr Lee were also ordered to close the website bluebellconveyancing.com.au, and do their best to keep it and any similar websites closed until Bluebell Conveyancing is appropriately licensed or authorised to operate as a conveyancer.
