I order wrongly described items online from choiceful.com. I sent them back and was promised full refund.They then started to delay by saying they had sent cheque but it must of got lost in post etc. it is now 5 months later and they no longer reply to my emails i have threatened them with court action still nothing. It is only small amount but having made enquires this is not the first time they have not given refunds most people just give up but that is not right this is stealing money and must be stopped hopefully with your help!
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
