Cintas review: My desired outcome would be to get out of this contract

I signed up for Cintas in January of 2022. I asked questions about being able to cancel at any time without penalties and they replied ' Oh of course" I told them I don't do any type of contracts just in case something better or less expensive comes along because I'm such a small shop. She assured me that it was fine, and I could stop the service at any time without penalties. She said I had to sign the service agreement to lock in my price and we could get started.

So, I signed the service agreement not knowing it was a 5-year contract. I was assured multiple times that it was not a contract, and no penalties would be accrued if I cancelled. The service started out fine until my old representative got replaced. Now I've had issues with them showing up on time and they raised the price. So, seeing the service was not a value to me anymore, I tried to cancel. This is when they informed me, I had a five-year contract.

Cintas representative lied to me about the contract and broke our verbal agreement.
