This company is a total scam! The information provide is very outdated and actually only addresses a tiny part of the subjects on the test. I have since researched the company reviews on several sites and they receive a solid 1 out of 5 stars. I contacted my credit card company and receiving a full refund. Here is an excerpt the contractorexam.com "customer service" when we asked a simple non-combative question.
Customer Question:
We paid $75 and received sample questions for OSHA 1926 Excerpts. only. There are 800 questions and answers. However, we were under the impression that more areas such as ANSI, TCNA, Hardwood floors, ceramic tile setting, etc. that are required references for this particular license would be included in the PDF download not just OSHA. Are there other study questions and answers or sample test that would cover all of the areas related to the required references for the VA Floor Covering exam?

You did not carefully read the offer and the terms of the sale which would appear right before you arrived on the payment page. It specifically said that that were not buying a "complete set of questions for your exam".
Do I need to quote (exactly) and or send you screen shots of what you should have read from the web site?
As stated on the specific exam page, no other questions have been written/created for this exam.
I'm not understanding the confusion. How could you possibly think that a full set of questions from seven (7) books would only be priced at $75?
If you total up the prices of the listed books required for you to purchase for your exam, they come to a little over $900.
So, what you're say about thinking that the questions might have come from other books required for the exam, does not make sense in the least.
