My name is Quana Hilt and i was in the Auto Zone store on 116th s halsted Monday evening 11/29/2010 and i purchased an alternator and asked the worker if they can charge my battery for me they gave me a hard about doing that for me they told me to come back in 45 minutes to pick it up so i did that but, when i came back to pick it up they would not give it back to me stating that they did not see me walk in with it i was very upset so i called the chicago police department and they handled it for me and i got my battery back even though i had my original recepit. I have never beem treated so poorly in my life. I would never go back to that auto ever again and every one in there should be fired.
