I dropped off my vehicle at Eddie's Super Service in Grove City, Ohio to be fixed December 15, 2006; I had never been there before. When I called for the estimate, they we re rude and estimated $2500 worth of repairs. I said that was a lot of money and I would have to check my finances. They said take as much time as you need ; we know that's a lot of money. When I stopped in December 20, 2006, to tell them to go ahead with the work, the manager said (a) if they were to do the work, it would be at least a month before they could start and (b) they did not want to do the work, so I should just get my car. I told him I would get it the next night (Thursday) or Friday night. This was the week before Christmas. He said I would have to be there the Friday before Christmas (December 22, 2006) because they would be closed for the next two weeks. I arrived Friday afternoon at approximately 3:30 p.m. and they were already closed. I waited two weeks and called on Monday, January 8, 2007. The manager explained that starting that day, they would begin charging me for my car being there $11 a day. I explained that I was there to get my car when I said I would (the Friday before Christmas at 3:30 p.m.) and since they were closed for the last two weeks there wasn't any way to get my car. I also said my boyfriend would be there that evening to get the car. He said someone had better come or else they would start charging me. As he hung up the phone, I heard him say "So I don't have to listen to your ### anymore. "
