EpicNPC review: Site protects sellers, could care less about you

This site is a nightmare, especially with sellers like "Evgenii". Some of the sellers are toxic and the mods could not care less. It seems like the moderators will actively protect sellers on this site from negative reviews, no matter how warranted. I do not feel as if they are even remotely concerned with my experience as a buyer. Complete waste of time.

It started with me having a bad interaction with seller Evgenii after I was simply asking about prices. He became snippy. He started using like 7 question marks. For instance, "so? what u want?" after I had paid him nearly $100 in the past and was a repeat customer. Pretty terrible customer service and an annoying human being. So, I said he was being a little bit of a jerk (I used a different word) and I would leave feedback.

Then, I left the negative feedback. I had the account for about 2 months and had finally decided on my review for the transaction. All of which are legal in the guidelines.

Upon me leaving feedback, Evgenii immediately contacted his mod buddy "Enjiin", and it began.

Here were the steps I had to go through in this bunk situation!

1) I post the negative feedback.

2) My feedback was deleted for not being comprehensive enough. They only gave me 2 DAYS to reply to the deletion before they removed the negative feedback altogether. 2 Days. I do not live on this forum, that is unrealistic. So, I messaged the moderator a 7 paragraph message explaining the situation, trying to be thorough and explain, to avoid deletion again.

3) The mod, "Enjiin" replies with, "Jesus are you reading what you are writing?" "your opinion can be shared in less than 7 paragraphs." After speaking with this moderator I would later find out his irritation was due to the fact that he has a very hard time with reading comprehension. — I had just been asked to elaborate in greater detail and was now being verbally accosted for doing so. lol.

4) Then, he completely disregards your side of the story, any provocation from the seller (despite the screenshots and the seller literally admitting to being rude IN HIS OWN WORDS lol), and calls you bitter for explaining yourself.

5) You try to tell the neck-bearded mod man to have a good day now and he continues to message you with information that is nowhere near useful, simply so he has an excuse to fling his little barbed insults whilst he tugs on his World of Warcraft tassels.

6) You have to re-do the entire process with the admin help desk because the mod is incompetent and clearly biased. The mod, "Enjiin", also started talking about completely unrelated things, like how he's glad I am not a mod, another personal insult, or at least to him I assume it is. It's a mobile video game homie, touch grass maybe? In any event, he left his professionalism, which he thought he had, at the doorstep.

Sellers seem to have local mods in their back pocket and get to treat you however they'd like after they receive your money or while doing the transaction. I simply tried to leave a negative feedback to help out others as intended and no one seems to want an honest opinion on here, unfortunately. It repeatedly gets flagged by the seller simply because it is negative and the mods roll with it each and every time. I highly, highly, recommend checking out another site, the bias is incredible on this forum. Not worth it. I bought from user Evgenii and would never ever buy again. Moderator "eNjiin" gave me little to no advice on how to fix anything or getting my feedback out there, simply threatened to remove my post yet again, you know, as great mods do.

After all this, I updated my feedback to the same long story I've told you all. The mod is still messaging me this morning with his sigma male insults, and the forum changed my feedback from negative to neutral.

That was the "compromise". That the seller would get no negative feedback and it would turn neutral, but at least they would not completely silence my review.

This company thinks that is fair practice.

Please. Save yourself the trouble.

The mod was right, I am bitter now. This forum has stolen far too much of my time for trying to leave honest feedback. They do not want your honest opinion, or you, just your money. I advise you take it elsewhere! I will continue to take my honest opinion elsewhere! Peace & Love!

13 January 2023 *UPDATE* The moderator in question has been issued a warning for the way he was speaking to the community. I have moved the rating from 1 star to 2 stars. This may have been an isolated incident considering the Admin support has been pretty helpful so far. I will update the rating further if I have more positive interactions.

*Second UPDATE* I thought they were being helpful but they are much more helpful to the seller than me. He just posted ridiculous feedback on my forum page and while they delete mine, they protect his constantly. The admin support and mods are actually useless. They require buyers to meet a different standard than the sellers they protect.
