This is a front for a very deceptive teeth whitening product. So far, they have used 6 different names of individuals who claim to be saving by using their trial products. You only pay for shipping to get started but then you are automatically enrolled for monthly shipments for both products, each costing around $90/month. So, you pay $180/month until you call to cancel. This is not a savings for teeth whitening. Also, they use the same article changing the name and picture of the suburban mom who swears by the product. Consumer Digest Weekly is not a consumer tool but a front for fraud. BEWARE! Everbright, Vibrant Smile, Dazzle White, Sparkle White, Hollywood Smile. They change product names every time they change the name of the person in their testimonial. SCAM!
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
May I ask why you have filed a complaint with the same wording three times, the only difference being the title of your complaint?
Are you going to file a new complaint every time the company changes names?!?
I was taken in by this company also. If you do not cancel your "subscription" ( they conveniently forget to tell you that you are subscribing to their program) within 10 days, they automatically charge your card $160. I spent almost a half an hour trying to find this infromation on their website. It is discreetly hidden in the middle of their 2 page terms and conditions area. Nothing is mentioned about this "deal" on their main website. The product received is worth only about $20. When I actually tried the product, it caused my gums to go white, get numb, and ultimately they bled for nearly an hour. And my teeth look the same. It is a scam and a rip-off. I am currently referring them to the BBB in Houston, where their offices are located. Also, when you call the 800 number, there is never a supervisor available. You simply get put on a call list, and no one ever calls you. DON"T FALL FOR IT!
Im in the same boat, paid .99 cents and then was billed 10 days later fro $158 bucks! Its a 10 day trial from the moment you enroll on line. But it took 14 days to recieve this "snake oil" in the mail! Calling got me nowhere. Hope Visa can help
This is fraud!
they took 158.27 from my card..
This product and complete company is a scam. After never even receiving my trial offer, my account was charged $87.47 in early March. When I called three times for a refund and finally got through all the language barriers and was told I’d receive a full refund once I sent the package back. I received the package on March 13th and sent the package back on the following Monday. I called today just to let “customer service” know the package was on the way, and now I’m told I’m subject to a 45% restocking fee. This has been the biggest gimmick I have been involved in. I am due a full refund and I have called in three times attempting to get it. I was told on the 5th I’d never be charged – I was charged $87 the next day.
I'm glad I stopped them when I did.
