This agent seemed fine until the conditions were waived. But since then he has been completely obstructist. I have a final inspection to complete before the closing date (Friday the 30th, the day after tomorrow) and I have been trying to book it for a week. At first he didn’t answer my e-mails until I complained to his boss. Now he just keeps sending e-mails trying to avoid getting this completed. I have probably had about 15 messages from him today, booking it, trying to change it, and then cancelling it. AVOID DAYTON DAVIS!
Stephanie- Please reconsider the use of the agents name in your complaint as it may come back to bite you in a civil suit.. There is other recourses for you to try. Contact the board of realtors in the area and let them know what is going on and see if they can intervine on your be half. There is a complaint processes that you can go through with them to seek a remedy, most real estate agents in the country belong to the National Association of Realtor which has a Code of Ethics for agents. Take the time to read it (about 15 minutes) and if you belive he/she has violated it follow the steps of filing a complaint. This CAN be more effective than the process your following now. It is a realatively quick process but can actually hit the agent in the pocket book and other sanctions. Thanks for you time. P.S. I am a Licensed Agent in Michigan and I would think this is your best solution to keep this from turning bad.
Greg Bennett is arrogant and a bully. I would advise against renting or buy anything from this man in Beaufort SC!
Been trying to get information on 2 different properties for 3 weeks, not 1 reply. Are they making to much money now to care?
