Like others I was charged for extra months I did not purchase. Worse, I found $600.00 worth of new charges after not hearing from them or speaking with them for nearly 2 years. If these people get your card they will charge it. I was able to get the charges reveresed through my credit card company. When I did work with these people they shut down my services and still charged me. I canceled my services with copious emails which helped in my complaint. In this world it pays to stay on top of your credit cards.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
