I was in the store this evening to buy a product that was advertised for sale, (Turkey meat balls) at the price of $2.99. The product was not there rather the beaf meat balls was exactly were the advertised price tag was. I went to look for the manager for help of either going to the stock room to get the right one or giving me the beaf meat ball that the adverticed price tag was placed on. After waiting for him for so long for an attention, he finally came and then looked for the turkey that is on sale but could not find one, he told me to come back the following day. I requested for the beaf meat ball for an exchange for the turkey that is on sale, he refused. I explained to him the risk of loosing me as a regular customer in the store and the damage it will make to the image of the store if i lay a complaint but he was very adamant to all my requests and my explanation and i had to work out of the store in that cold weather without buying anything and also my time wasted waiting for him in the store. What kind of a manager will risk loosing a regular customer to just exchanging a product for another?. This is not the first time something like this had happed in that store.
