I ordered four of the flash drives from GearBop on August 12, 2017. I received an email saying my order was on its way on August 15. I emailed the GearBop asking where my shipment was on September 22. I was informed that it takes 14-35 days to receive it, to wait a couple of days and it would arrive. I emailed again on September 30 and was shown a DHL report that it had been delivered. On October 1 I let GearBop know I hadn't received it. Again on October 28 and on November 13. I called DHL and they had no record of my name or address in their files.
This is a rip off company. I just want my money ($119.96) back. I don't want the items from a terrible company.

I also dd not receive this same item from GearBop ordered on 9/11/2017; I have reported them for fraud to my credit card company. I doubt if we will get our money back but maybe we can at least stop them from receiving more payments. I have contacted them by gmail, messaging and phone; they always say they will contact me soon but they do not do so. By the way, on the GearBop website there is now an Order Lookup function. I am able to lookup my order and it says "processing" which is weird because one GearBop employee named Aidan Christionson told me the order had shipped. It is obviously a scam.
Follow up: I contacted my bank that issued the credit card I used to pay GearBop. Through my bank I have disputed this order and my bank is now investigating.
