My name is Tami Backstrom and I live at 509 Gordon Street Bremen Georgia 30110. I have no heat due to system malfunction for year #3. I am living in 1 room in my home and turn the breakers off to the other part of my home this and last winter. I take one hot bath a week and use towelettes the other. I have not washed clothes in over 2 months and only washed on cold the last 2 years. Dishwasher runs cold only and use it once a month. I need to speak with someone and have my situation investigated because this is wrong. There is no way I used $150 worth power last month. I was even away for 1/2 the month of Feb. There is no way humanly possible I used as much power alone rationing it as I did when I had a live in person. We both took 2 hot 🔥 baths a day, dishes cleaned on hot at least 2x a week, laundry for 2- 3x a week. Cooking every night and morning on stove. I have not had a stove in a year.
