As a follow up to this complaint, as it turns out there was a breakdown in comunication on my part. I would like to retract my complaint about this company and any negative impact it may have had on any involved parties. Global Royalties has been very straight forward and fair with my account, and has handled it with great care. The complaint was put forth as I was under a lot of strain from family situations and was not familiar with the actions involved in moving gem stones. They have acted on my behalf and have done everything I have asked of them. They recently moved an Emerald for me, and even though they told me they could get more money for me I told them to sell and they sold it just as I requested. Sorry for any inconvienece this may have caused.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
OMG you poor man. Obviously they threatened you with legal action and now you are faced with expensive legal fees or retract your statement. Shame on you Global Royalties Limited. People don't willy nilly take time out of their lives to complain about companies on the internet. I can assure you I won't be doing business with your company if you browbeat people into silence about your poor business activities.
