I am HUGELY DISSAPPOINTED with the service. They show absolutely no empathy for the dissatisfaction of their customer. I ordered 6-sports bras. It took 41 days to receive the bras. I was not happy with the quality of the bras (not supportive enough, so I returned them.) I was never able to talk with a live person (only an answering machine for leaving a message) and thru email. They did process the credit pretty quickly, but I ended up having to pay $19.59 just to be able to try their product!?! ($8.99 shipping to receive; $4.33 shipping to return; $6.27 restocking fee). You can bet I will NOT be a returning customer!
