Case Details : I am rather angry that I was told that I have no more guarantee on this car, basically because I do not drive enough. My service record is as follows:
30/4/13 1000 km with odo at 518
06/1/14 5000 km with odo at 5323
06/1/15 10000 km with odo at 9786
If I had followed the instructions I should have serviced the car 4X during 2014, each time after only have driven 1000 km. It would have been a complete waste of oil and bad for the environment. I am often out of the country and therefore do not drive much in Penang. I think when I service the car with my small mileage every 5000 km with an official dealer this should be enough. Moreover with the small mileage there is also less change that I need replacement parts, an added advantage for Hyundai. Therefore please confirm that you reinstate my guarantee, as otherwise there will be no more Hyundai for me in future, and your dealer will loose a permanent service customer.

Anyone drive Hyundai Tucson made in year 2016? I so disappointed with the car's air con function! It always come out uncomfortable smell when I am driving. I had complained and sent to checked three times. Even though the service centre checked and changed the air cooler but it did not help at all! I believe that if circumstances do not solve and it will affect my health in my future driving time. How I should to encourage and support my friend to buy Hundai product!
