This review was chosen algorithmically as the most valued customer feedback.

I don't even know where this company is located because I never signed up for ID theft. I believe they got my account info from an online loan I applied for but this is outright theft! I just was debited $31.98 I need to file papers with my bank and who knows if I will get my money back. I tried calling the customer service number only to wait forever then told I had to call back by an automated service. They offer online chat which does not work and it is just a nightmare. I have to cancel my account and who knows after that what will happen. I am just as upset as all the others whom I have just seen on this site as ripped off and hope my bank will be able to assist me.

I didn't authorize this (www.idprosup.com ) to go into my savings account/my bank states the only thing I can do is close up my account & reopen another one. My bank is charging me $25 each time this website tries to take $6.98 out of my account!

Omg, beware people! This is terrible!

They did the same thing to me then refused to refund my money. The company says that you automatically apply when you submit an application for a pay day advance loan. Then they start charging you even though you know nothing about applying with them. When I saw the charges, I cancelled my subscription with them. I was charged a fee again in February after I cancelled my subscription in January. I was told I never cancelled and they refuse to refund my money. If you go to your bank, you may be able to have the charges reversed, but you can also have a block put on your account preventing them from being able to draw any money out of your account. You can also file a report with the Better Business Bureau (BBB), FBI, and your State Attorney General's office. The more people who do, then the company will go out of business.

I don't know how these people got my bank information and they keep trying to take 31.98 out of my account and my bank is charging me fees due to this problem. I cannot use my account because I refuse to let these people whoever they are take my money. I support four children. I did not ask for their service nor give them permission to debit my account! What do I do to stop this?

I have been charged by this company for services in which I have no knowledge. I contacted my bank regarding this matter and an investigation is in progress.

Well the same thing happened to me, last month, i called my bank about this, they checked on it i filed a fraudulent report thru my bank and after a couple of weeks the bank refunded my money and the fee. But they did it again this month, i went to the website and cancel but i still beleive they need to be stopped, so i am calling the BBB as soon as possible and i thing everybody that got defrauded by this company should do it and hopefully, they can get caught.

Are you sure you didn't? Just by clicking the "continue" button, it means you agreed to each and every term and condition presented by the company. It means you gave them permission to charge your account. If you just read, you wouldn't go through all these troubles.

I don't see anything wrong with them taking out $31.98 from your bank account. After all, you signed up for a deal with them, and as far as the company's concerned, you agreed with their terms and conditions by clicking the "continue" button. This is no fraud or scam or whatsoever. It's a simple case of negligence on your part. You didn't read carefully and you didn't understand the terms and conditions and now you're blaming the company. Why don't you be a little bit honest and admit your mistakes instead of taking it out on the company?

From what I see, it looks like you guys failed to understand the terms and conditions and just signed up for a deal without even reading the disclaimer. I had a deal with the company too, and everything went out just fine. I mean, I wasn't surprised when they took $31.98 from my account because that was simply what I signed up for. And I personally think the ID theft protection program is really helpful. Stop blaming the company and admit your carelessness.

Why don't you guys try to be a little more honest? You keep saying you didn't know about what the $31.98 was for, when in fact, it's on the first page of the site. Try visiting the site again and read the notice. It's a lesson to all of you who keeps clicking and clicking without even reading. Stop blaming the company. It's obvious you guys are at fault here.

Why do you keep saying they withdrew money from you without your consent? It's common sense that when you sign up for a deal with them, you agree to their terms and conditions. Now if you don't and just sign up, then suffer the consequences of your negligence. It's as simple as that. Stop blaming the company.

You can say I'm pretty much upset with all these complaints myself. But the saddest thing is, you guys keep blaming the company for your own mistakes. You'd like to think that you're all victims of some scam, when in fact, you're not. It's a simple case of carelessness. You failed to read the terms and conditions and so you don't have an idea why you're being charged with such amounts. Now you think the company just pulled it off somewhere. The site has everything important posted on it. You just have to read them. If you didn't, then it's not the company's fault. Please be honest and stop blaming the company.

The company is only doing what it's supposed to be doing. Since you signed up for a deal with them, it's only obvious that they should follow what you both agreed to do. If they're taking out $31.98 from your account, it's simply because you signed up for the deal. If you don't know what that's for, then it means you didn't really understand the terms and conditions. It's on the front page of the website, it's amazing so many people still fail to notice it. Sheesh.

You must have applied for a loan on a different site and that site matched you with a lender. You should have read the terms and conditions first. I'm sure it's all written there. Rather than accusing the company of fraud or whatever, why don't you look at yourself first? You're the one at fault but you refuse to admit it.

Before accusing the company of fraud, why don't you check the site again? I can't believe so many people think they're scammed when in fact, they just failed to read the important stuff. I dunno how they could even miss it, when it's all on the front page of the site. It wouldn't even take you a long time to read and understand everything.

I don't get it why you people think you're being scammed when it's just a simple case of carelessness on your part. Are you sure you've read the terms and conditions? Are you sure you understood the disclaimer? If you just did, then you wouldn't end up with these problems. And besides, there's an option there if you don't wanna get the ID theft protection plan. You should've chosen it in the first place.

I also had a deal with this company, and it was good. Everything went fine. Are you sure you've read the terms and conditions? Everything you need to know about the deal is there. If you're complaining of fraud, you just might have missed something. Although that's very unlikely, since it's up on the front page for everyone to see.

If you guys dont know why you're being charged such amounts, doesnt it only mean that you dont know what you got yourselves into? You just click continue without reading the terms and conditions. That would really be troublesome. Check the site again and see what the deal is all about. It's all written there.

You authorized the company to take that amount from your bank account by clicking "continue". It means you signed up for a deal and agreed to the terms and conditions. Now if you have no idea what that amount is for, then I bet you didn't read the terms and conditions and the disclaimer. It wouldn't even take you a long time to do so. I saw it myself and it was written in the simplest terms and it was on the first page.

You don't need to look closely to see where the terms and conditions are. There's a notice just above the continue button and it says what the $31.98 is all about. There's another one below, which is the disclaimer. See, if you just read carefully, you'll not wonder what's being charged on your account.

Read everything on the site first before applying for a loan. That's the problem with so many of you. You just can't wait to click that continue button. It pays to know the terms and conditions. And now you don't know what that $31.98 is for because you probably didn't read the terms and the disclaimer. That's a lesson learned for you.

Did you even consider that maybe you're the one at fault? There's a big possibility that you missed something really important. Because the site has everything there is to know about it. All the transactions are posted on the first page. Check the site again and read carefully. Rather than accusing the site as scam, you should consider that maybe it's your mistake after all. And in this case, it's pretty obvious.

You obviously don't know what you're talking about. They are not stealing money and they offer a very useful plan. You guys just don't know what you got yourselves into because you were so excited to click that continue button and now you end up with charges you think are fraudulent. If you just took the time to read the terms and conditions, the disclaimer, and everything there is to read, you won't be in that situation now. There's no one to blame but yourselves.

You don't know simply because you didn't fully understand the terms and conditions. If you just took time to read, you will have an idea what those amounts are for. You may not have given permission to anyone to autopay anything, but you just did, when you clicked the "continue" button. Again, if you just read, you'll know what I'm talking about.

If you applied for a loan online, the site must be a financial matching service. Your info was given out to independent loan companies. Check the site again and look for the disclaimer. Since you didn't know what the amount deducted was for, it seems you didn't read everything. Well, this is a lesson for you.

Are you sure it's just the company's fault? You might have overlooked important stuff posted on the site and now you're blaming the company. Why don't you try to be more honest and admit that you didn't read the terms and conditions carefully? The company has nothing to do with it. If they're charging you now, and you don't know what that's for, it's your fault. Why don't you visit the site again and read everything you need to read?

I'm sorry if you're experiencing trouble with your account now. But I think you didn't read carefully the terms and conditions regarding your loan application. If you just did, then you would have an idea why the company is deducting such an amount from your account.

If you applied for a loan, it must have been with a financial matching service, which matches you up with an independent loan company. The $31.98 is for the ID Theft Protection Plan, which I think is very useful. Try visiting the site again to see what I mean. It's on the front page, just above the continue button. You wouldn't really miss it unless you didn't pay attention at all and just clicked "continue". Rather than blaming the company, why don't you just admit that you've been careless and didn't read everything you need to read? The company is only doing what it's supposed to do. You should've done your part.

You know that by clicking the "continue" button, you agreed to the terms and conditions of the company. In a way, you authorized them to withdraw that amount from your account. It's posted on the website. If you don't know about it, don't blame the company. The best thing you can do is learn from your mistake and admit it.

Why are you asking the company to correct your mistake when they're only doing what you both agreed upon? Isn't it better if you just admit it's your fault instead of blaming the company of scam? You failed to read everything and now you don't know what those charges are for. It's all on the website, you can't miss it unless you really intended to.

Why don't you check the website again and see what it's all about. Coz for all I know, it's there. I saw it myself when I applied for a loan with them. It's a good company that offers security like no other. I don't know why so many people keep missing the terms and conditions when it's very important to know and understand them. You can't take the blame on the company. It's your fault, and the best thing to do is admit it.
