Good Morning
On the 10 of November my car broke down I took it to the dealers that is going to assist me on the 11th of November. I submitted the claim and the dealer send through all relevant documents that was needed. At 13:00 the dealer advised them to book the assessor to come out for inspection. At 15:00 I contacted and I was told the no assessor was booked. I've been calling to speak to a manager or supervisor with no luck.
I need to get back to Pretoria and I'm stuck in Port Elizabeth.
I please need help urgently!
