I paid for 4-7 day expedited shipping. My package was shipped and is tracked by International Bridge. But it's been 14 business days since my order was shipped, and it's still sitting in China.
International Bridge blames the company I ordered from, and the company I ordered from blames International Bridge. Neither company wants to take responsibility for their failure to deliver a service I paid for.
Every time I contact International Bridge, they try to pass the buck and give excuses. I have requested information on how to file a claim with them, but they refuse to provide the information, instead they blame the company I ordered from.
I am going through the exact same tubing now.
I ordered my package on December 22, 2017 and it was shipped to International Bridges.I paid extra for shipping its now 1/8/2017 and I have yet to receive an update when my package will arrive. I email International Bridges almost everyday and they keep telling me to wait and keep checking the website. Im going through a horrible time right now. I ordered from DressLily.
