Jamba connect made contact with me to sell me a device, they gave me options to choose from and as a gift for my women I decided to take it, now as appalling as they are, I contact them twice informing them that the device does not work. I now have to run after them and chase them, they promised to contact me about the collections details since it happened that their device is faulty. No contact, it's been a week or two and I still awaiting for they call. Disgusted as I am I now wish to cancel due to their lack of customer service and customer satisfaction, the lies, betrayal and lack of love. their device doesn't switchboard on not even 1 bit, I am so disappointed at this company and don't feel that it should be operational in the first place if they are aware that they contacted me in the first place and not the other way around.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
