Hello-I purchased the above bed 2/21/2020, delivered 3/13/2020. he bed is sagging where we sleep and has a huge lump in the center. I've reached out to the rep at the Wayzata, MN store 3-4 times. Two of those times she said the Manager would contact me, not response! I then call customer care and was given an invoice#. No one would help me! I've been round and round about this since November. The last time I contacted JCP I was told to email my order# and invoice# to [protected]@jcp.com. This was on January 6th and still no response! I'm have just about lost my whits! I want to return the bed but was told that I would be charged a restocking fee of 20%! How can you charge a restocking fee for a used bed that can't be resold? Also was told that there would be a $89.99 pick up fee but no one would pick up the bed! What? Seriously? What kind of busines is this?
