JoDress.com review: Wedding dress

I recently purchased a wedding dress from JoDress.com, I was reluctant but it looked beautiful in the pictures and I had emailed back and forth with the company prior and felt comfortable. They say the fabric is high quality and they the custom fit the dress.

Well it came quickly which was surprising. However the dress quality was terrible! Felt like a kids dress up costume yuh can purchase at the dollar store. The dress was damaged. Seams coming apart, thread hanging all over. A ton of red thread was sewn into the skirt! The dress was missing so many beautiful details I loved from the picture. One being buttons all up the back... that were NO buttons on the whole dress. I had hired a seamstress to make sure I sent my perfect measurements so the dress could be custom to me. The dress was not even close to fitting. It was actually funny how off the dress was. The torso was made for someone twice my height.
I've been in contact with the company and hour after my dress arrived to let them know I was not happy and would like to return the dress. They offered to fix the dress but my wedding was coming up and I did not trust they could fix the dress in time nor did I want to wear this dress at all after feeling and seeing the poor quality.
That have offered me $25 back! That's it. They refuse to refund me the full amount. I'm even ok with them taking off the shipping cost so they aren't out that but they are refusing. I know have master card involved to help me fight this and I'm hopeful I will see a refund. Please steer clear of this company. Would not recommend them whatsoever!
