I had my payment options set so that they would just withdraw the amount of the bill out of my account.
My bills were always a set amount, and the day was set as the 12th of each month
Suddenly and for no reason that I could fathom they took 150% more out of my account.
I called in and I was passed from one agent to another, and then finally one agent gave me a credit for the overage amount. I told that agent that I didn't want a credit, but I wanted that money put back into my account.
I was transferred to billing.
I have now been online for 36 minutes
The billing agent told me I had a credit, and would I like to use the card I had on file to pay my bill.
I told her that credit was for what they already took and my bill for this month was already paid and that I wanted them to put money back into my account.
She wasn't listening to me and kept up her insistence that I pay the full amount and I told her that the bill was already paid. And that she needed to replace the money that they took that they weren't authorized to take.
Finally, she said that she took care of it and that my money would be returned within 72 hrs.
I checked my account and she tapped my account for the amount of the bill minus the credit.
This account I use for my internet usage only, and when it is overdrawn I get a charge from my bank.
This is only the latest in mistake after mistake from this company.
When you call in they tell you lies, and being a person that works in the IT field I know them for lies.
Only the repair persons that come to my home to fix something that malfunctions are actually providing service.
The text and phone support don't listen, don't care about you, and tells you one lie after another.
If you need internet service go elsewhere, or get two tin cans and a string.
