I have $4000+ on file to use, for 2 years I've been arguing with them back and forth over the amount. They finally looked into it properly because I said I was going to consumer affairs. They came back and said what I already knew, confirming that I did in fact have $4000+. As I don't trust them to do this again I said I want a refund. They said it will cost $2700 in cancellation fees. I am a single mother on the pension and my son is having treatment for a brain tumour. I cannot afford to lost that amount of money and the reason I am cancelling is because I don't trust them. Do not use these people they are scammers. I am still waiting for my refund which they refused to give me and they are threatening to return the money but will charge me the cancellation fees.
Desired outcome: I want a full refund $4200. 50
