i plugged in the heater, to a perfectly good outlet, and it ran for a few minutes, and then my son noticed the outlet smoking, and he unplugged it, plug was fried, as well as outlet. And now, its funny how the company is not reachable with given email or website address...I have read several posts on websites of people who have experienced this same problem
We would like a refund, not another product
..
Hopefully I can help you.
When and from where did you purchase the heater?
I need help, I've cleaned the screen filter in the back, worked fine for many years, now I get the E1 error consistently after 10 seconds when turning it on. Yes there is plenty airflow around it and moved to new locations and wall outlets, even with or without a surge protector
