Lifestyle Vacation Club review: Complaint

I bought a package on January 1, 2023 in Nassau Bahamas at the Goldwyn resort. I have sent numerous emails, call and no one have gotten back to me. Today is January 3, can someone please inform me how to cancel the membership.

Ryan told us we would receive 4 free vacation, he told us we would have the option to upgrade but after spending quality time doing some research this deal does not sit well with me. They gave us a lot of information in little time.
