I got the services of Loi Villarama Events management as referred to me by my good friend. They said they will make your wedding fun and memorable.
I noticed their unprofessionalism during meetings. It's either Loi will be late or his representative.
One of his staff Ms. Gen appears to be nice but not listening and a bit slow in gathering information and consciously shows that she's irritated if we give her a lot of details that we needed for the preparation of the wedding. She also has a habit of talking to his co staff while we were discussing as if we dont hear what they’re talking about. Isn't it very unprofessional and rude to bad mouth your client's preferences and to look at the brands of our bags, cellphone, and jewelries even wallet instead of concentrating on the preparation of our wedding?! It's very unethical! What's worse was during the wedding she took all the complimentary items at our hotel room like shampoo, lotion, etc and even laundry bags! Ano ba yan! (clepto?). One of my entourage lost an accessory and perfume, someone saw her put them in her bag. My relatives also noticed that instead of doing her job she was most of the time giggling, chatting with photographers (should i say flirting?) and co coordinators. And the result? She missed a lot of details which did not made my wedding as organized as planned.
Another staff is Gelo. I'm not against gays but when it comes to work he should take it seriously! His jokes are a bit distracting during meetings. We just want our wedding to be organized that's why he hired coordinators not clowns. We are busy people and time is very important to us.
Mr. Loi Villarama I hope you hire professionals, someone with good breeding and with ethical values if you want your business to be more successful. The behaviour of your staff is unacceptable. yes indeed your service is memorable because we had experience with your staff.
I will not recommend your services!

I have booked with Loi Villarama, and it really shows their unprofessionalism. It is not easy having professional discussions with them. Now, I am planning to change coordinators. I will not keep them if from the start I am not comfortable doing business with them. If they cannot take it seriously, then it is not worth it. To Mr. Loi, instead of thinking that these complains are "prejudice", why don't you take it in a positive way to improve your services. Thank you very much.
