We applied for an auto loan through them. My husband and I had been trying to decide which credit union to begin a relationship with here in San Diego and we thought we'd give them a shot.
We applied online and Arlina calls to say congratulations your loan has been approved! We were super excited! She starts asking some questions and then puts us on hold for a moment. When she comes back on the line she says "oh I am so sorry but we have to cancel your application because you have only been at your job for 4 months". Well, that information was clearly on the application and she was very much aware of it when she called to congratulate us.
What kind of customer service is this? When asked why she would do that she had an attitude about it and so we just hung up.
Thank you Mission Fed for making the decision a little easier as to who we want as our credit union in this town because we will definitely not be using you!

This banking institution is garbage , I’m talking about Mission Fed. I’m traveling though out Europe and before I left, I stepped into the branch to get some cash and to have them make notes in their system to activate my card while I’m traveling instead I was stuck in France, card was blocked and I was on the phone with them for an hour which has cost me because international phone calls are pricey. They transferred me from one agent to another without fixing a simple issues, unlocking my card while in France. It’s time to get rid of them.
