1) I was never given a tracking number. 2) My only contact from them was an original confirmation e-mail, with links for questions (didn't work, it said server error message 403 Access denied). 3.) I requested a password from them 3 times, they always send the same password that never works. When I signed up I was never given a option to choose my own password. And in order to view your order/account you need to sign in. So it seems as if they have a foolproof scam to keep you from resolving problems with your order. BEWARE! 4) The online help has NEVER responded to any of my 7 e-mails. 5) The phone number [protected] gives you NO option to talk to someone in person if you have a PROBLEM with your order, or choice to leave a message. Instead it refers you back to their online help. But, after messing around with some number combinations, I did find that extension #101 goes to Vanessa's voicemail. 6)I received only a PARTIAL ORDER after about 18 days, with a shipping document from 6540 Riverside Dr., Dublin, Ohio, 43017, with no explanation of where the rest of my order was.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
I was also ripped off by them. The thing is, I ordered from them a few other times with only have a delivery time issue. It seemed to take forever to get my stuff! This time, no stuff, they charged my card immediately and I have sent many messages demanding my money back! Until reading your comments, I didn't realize that they were THAT close to me! I am going to check out the address you found in Dublin. I am also taking all of these complaints along with mine to the Columbus BBB. They took me for 86.54...never again. If it is up to me, I will shut them down!
