Beware, buyers. I ordered 2 spa pillows, tried them in my brand new spa and each time I lifted my head the pillow fell out of the spa. I used them one time and said this is not the product for me. They were in new condition
I paid for return shipping to National Discount Pool Supplies and they received them back but I never received a refund and according to their return policy even if they were used they may charge a restocking fee from 15 to 25%.
Well after 2 months I received no refund, no emails and no phone calls so I called them.
When I called the receptionist said that the owner Dave was not available and that she would have him call me right back, well after 4 hours I could see that wasn’t going to happen so I emailed National Discount Pool Supplies once again and told them I would go to my credit card company to file a dispute.
Well now that got their attention, however the email said that I had received an email months ago telling me that they
received my items back but that they were “used” and “dirty” and “wet”. WOW, all that in 10 minutes in my new spa !
Well that was totally a lie and now I can see why I did not get any refund.
I called National Discount Pool Supplies again and was abel to talk to Dave the owner. I told him so where is the
email you supposedly sent ? He said I haven’t had time to find it, yeah right, that is because they never sent one.
I told him that the pillows were used for 10 minutes, at the most, he said no they were wet, dirty and no refund would
be given. WOW and then he hung up. I immediately called my credit card company who now has that in dispute.
Totally agree, They advertise products they don't have in stock. I placed an order, it was a gift. I waited 3 days for a tracking number, called 2 times and finally i was told the item was out of stock.
