I wanted to order labels online and one of the first sites that google showed me was onlinelabels.com. This website provided good free software for labels and logos and then I ordered through them. The order was delivered in time and I was really happy until I discovered that everything was a lie. The software that I thought was free, actually was not and they started charging me monthly for it. I will complain everywhere I can in order to warn other people.

Order 3 times, receive 3 codes... it's as simple as that!” Upon the expiration of your free code, if you’d like to continue using the software, you may purchase another activation code for 1, 3, 6 or 12 months at your own discretion. Wow, what great customer service. I haven't needed a code in a while, I was purchasing a month at a time when I needed it. I called customer service today because I could not see online where to purchase a monthly subscription and they gave me an activation code at no cost. I guess they changed that monthly subscription policy a while back, but since I was not aware they just offered me the code. That is great customer service and now I know the new policy.
