CUSTOMERS WANTING TO BUY OSIM MASSAGE CHAIR - BEWARE! POOR QUALITY AND POOR SERVICE
I purchased a udream massage chair in jan 2022. not even 5 months and the rollers have "rolled away". I actually heared the roller drop to the floor behind the chair. After calling customer service and waiting 5 days for someone to call me back, they tell me i have to wait for the technician who can only come earliest after 5 1/2 weeks.!
Such slow turnaround time to service the machine and even bigger issue with poor quality (machine breaking down only after 5 months) is not something a customer expects from an international brand company and especially on a product which is supposed to be top of the range costing >RM30,000.
My family have been OSIM customers since the 80's and the quality of the massage chairs have become worse and worse. we have traded up for a ulove to u-love 2 and now udream and udream was the worse as it lasts only 5 months.
Desired outcome: FASTER SERVICE AND AS I CANNOT ANYTHING ABOUT THE POOR CONDITION OF THE UDREAM, I WANT A REFUND OR A NEW REPLACEMENT
