Parx Casino review: Collusion playing, dealer scam, racial abuse against patrons, scam

Note: We have no complaint about the police They had promptly answered our call on 911. But probably the casino got the scared and didn't tell police the truth, complaint is strictly about the casino.

Please don't go this pathetic, racist, white supremacist casino. They don't even deserve negative stars.

Not only is the management abusive and racist, the players play poker in collusion and the management does nothing.

3 major incidents:

1. Dealer paid my winnings to the other guy then refused to rectify the error until the management had to be called who did nothing and let the player use extreme profane words at me, assumed it was a one time mistake;

2. House game, a lady was abusing us for playing Texas Holdem and the dealer said nothing;

3. Anyhow, today, my mother caught players playing poker in collusion, upon calling the management, she was laughing at my mother along with the dealer and the collusion players, and I had to call 911 to protect us from her abusive and racist nature.

Upon calling 911 she got alert and called the security by lying to them that I and my mother were talking in foreign language and disturbing the game when we weren't even on the same table, as conveyed to us by the security, who, we were earlier told that these men are her bosses and we can speak with them about her bad attitude. Absolutely no remorse before their utter lies and unjust accusations to evade their wrongdoings.

Then the security said that the police called the casino to inform them that the police is not coming because they don't want to help us, but the casino and Universe alone know the truth about this as I am not sure what the casino is trying to insinuate, they made is sound like the police is supportive of their abusive behaviour towards customers who spend and lose thousands of $$$ in their establishment.

Basically, this casino and their heartless, abusive racist employees are a bunch of liars and heartless people who support cheaters without fair gaming. They said they don't need to follow fair gaming laws and can make their own rules and no police can do anything to assist foreigners even if the casino abuses us because it's a private establishment, laws don't apply to them, which is quite confusing considering that US is known for its fair and just legal system.

Obviously they were scared to show the camera to the higher management, if they have any, or the police (provided they are allowed to enter the "publicly accessible private establishment") because the casino knows that their illegal gaming and racism will be exposed within no time.

Hence, we regret giving them our business for every year that we've visited and hope someone (who apparently needs to be a powerful local, as per the floor manager) can stand against their injustice because apparently the police supports their abusive nature (as per the words of the casino employees, management, and security).

We have traveled around the world but never encountered such unethical, abusive and derogatory hospitality. Shame on people who cannot respect customers who promote tourism and their business in US.

I really wish there was a just and proper avenue to attain justice against such abusive and racist corporates and their employees, who are not even running and fair and regulatory gaming rules as required under law.
