Paychex review: Payroll services

Paychex is by far the worst payroll service I have ever worked with. Their customer service is horrific and everyone in the company blames their shortfalls on another department. They overcharged us for years and took advantage of our needs. When we went to cancel all services with Paychex they made it months' worth of work and nothing was ever done correct or the first time. I have spent hours on emails and calls trying to get everything closed and refunded. DO NOT USE PAYCHEX!
