Please do not use this company. I was foolish enough to use them 3 times. But three strikes and you're out. My last experience came after the hurricane. I suffered a damaged roof. The companies the insurance company gave me were not able to come out timely so I called Phil DiBello. I had a long conversation about where the damage was. I was told that I needn't worry if I couldn't pinpoint it because they would be inspecting the roof. They also told me they would come early so my husband was prepared to leave a little late for his meeting. They showed up late, just as my husband was leaving. He repeated where the water was coming into the house and left. When I got home from work I almost had a heart attck. The tarp was at least 20 feet from where the damage was. When I called they said I told them to put the tarp there. DOES THAT MAKE ANY SENSE TO ANY OF YOU! I called them even before I stepped inside my house. Not only did they not put the tarp where I told them to, they clearly hadn't even bothered to inspect the roof. When they sent theguy back out he saw the problem immediately. How could he have missed it before? Because they didn't look and listen. He tore the tarp off the roof, causing more damage, and tarped the trouble area. I asked that Phil call me with an estimate asap so I could fix the roof. I really expected an apology but that never happened. 2 working days later at 7:42 I got a call from Phil. Ah, my apology and estimate. No! It was Phil demanding to get paid. I asked Phil if he had sent me a bill. He lied and said he sent one friday. I said as soon as I get the bill I will pay you. I asked if I was ever late in paying. Since he had no negative answer to that he basically hung up. At the end of the week I still hadn't received a bill and I emailed. He said they were busy and would send it out. But wait, didn't you say you already sent it. Both my previous encounters involved some of this same belligerent behavior, blamimg me for their mistakes. On a prior skylight reinstallation I found some shingles on my deck that day. He said they didn't do it. When I reminded him that they had "inspected" teh roof and made no mention of lose shingles and that the shingles were from right in front of the skylight he gave up blaming me. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE RUDE DISHONEST PEOPLE!
