We used Priority Payment Systems for a little while. We closed our business on May 1, 2021. We informed them but there was no response. Then we filed a cancelation on the 6th of June. They kept charging us on July 2 and August 2. After calling so many times, they finally closed our business account at the end of August. However, this time they charged $299 without our knowledge. We tried to call them every day but every time they direct us to the agency, take our number and tell us that they will call us within an hour. No one ever called! This has been going on for a long time and we are really frustrated. They owe us $402.48 in total. We want a refund.
