Don't do it! Don't do it! Don't do it! They are professional scam artists that found a legit way to take your money fast. I recieved a phone call from a man named Brian Mitchell informing me that i could get 5-9k by renting out my timeshare all i had to do was pay a one time fee of 1000.00 and it would rent within 30 days and if it didn't i would recieve a 1000.00 shopping spree. I was skeptical then he had me visit the website while he was on the phone with me and convinced me that it was legit and he was going to a big convention where there are thousands of businesses that would be interested in my timeshare. I told him i didn't have 1000.00 so he said we could pay 800.00. Wow that was surprising i should have known then it was a scam. After i paid 800.00 for the services i researched the company and found many complaints. I immediatley called to cancel they said it would be five business days to get my money back. five days later nothing so i called back. it took about 2 weeks to get my refund but thatnk god i did. they really need to be thouroghly investigated and shut down. it is horrible that people take advantage of people when they know were desparate in hard times. dont learn the hard way. Remember that old saying "If it sounds too good to be true it probably is" do your research!

You pay your money and you expect them to advertise you property later you find out that you property sits there with nothing done to it. Yes I strongly agree with this person. I was not as lucky as this person, I wasn't able to get my money back.

Do not be suckered into this deal!

Resort Equity Marketing will call you offering to pay you much more than you paid for your vacation rental . The only catch is that you have to pay the company money upfront to "pay for the marketing."

Unfortunately, that is the last time you will hear from them and the last time you will see your money.

Just say NO! when they call. Don't be scammed like I was. Remember the old adage: If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is!
