Poor quality ring resulted in loss of diamond
Im am unconsolable! The diamond of my engagement ring was lost after one of the clawns came loose. My husband phoned 365 (I was too upset to talk!) and they said that there is nothing they can do and that I must have hit it against something! The thing is I really look after my ring and always take it off when doing any work that may do something to it. This just shows that it was a poor quality ring! An engagement ring is suppose to last a lifetime and after only 2 years the claw came loose resulting in the loss of the diamond and they said that is not their problem!
Don't risk it
Ordered an Eternity ring for my wife as a 1st anniversary present. Website states 7-10 days from order date to delivery. This suited me as I had to save for the ring and only had the funds available to buy it 2 weeks before so I had enough time. Well after 12 days there was no sign of it. I tried phoning but all I got was a recorded message asking me to leave my details which I did. I also emailed. Eventually got a reply stating they couldnt answer the phone as they were stock taking! Talk about amateur. I was also advised the ring was being hallmarked and would be ready for dispatch in 4 days due to a bank holiday. Anniversary present ruined. I emailed back for an explanation but no reply, no call back - nothing. The next time they hear from me will be to cancel the order. Do not take the chance with them. When we buy jewelry we spend a lot of money and its usually a special gift for someone we love - dont leave it down to the prowess of a bunch of cowboys - ive learned the hard way. I will only get one 1st anniversary and thanks to them its been ruined.

Terrible Customer Service
My fiancée purchased my engagement ring from 365 Diamond in February 2010. The ring arrived with the diamond offset in the ring. It was returned to be fixed. When returned the ring appeared to be ok so was worn. A few days later the diamond was found to be loose and could be moved back and forth. A refund was requested from 365 as we had lost confidence in the ring. This was refused as 365 Diamond said their policy was to only refund on unworn rings even if faulty. The ring was returned again to be fixed and sent back to us, the diamond was still loose. 365 Diamond actually at one point insinuated that we may have loosened the diamond ourselves. This is disgusting and I believe the service from 365 Diamond to be the worst I have ever experienced. The ring has been returned this time with a blank compliments slip and no one at the company felt it appropriate to apologise for any of the upset caused. Unbelievable. In my opinion people should not use this company for such an important purchase.
I wish you would have posted a photo of your diamond engagement ring here for other members to see so that we could get a much better understanding of your complaint against this jewelry store. It is unfortunate that many of you who have issues with the jewelers, jewelry stores, and jewelry stores on cruise ships can't seem to get any real resolution for what you're having to deal with.
Not a very happy customer
I bought Diamond Set Shoulder Ring, CMR1 from 365-diamond.com. Customer service were very good when taking the order: explained different options and helped me to make a decision as to which ring to chose for my mom. I was very excited and was looking forward for the ring to arrive. However, when it did arrive, I was disappointed. There was a visible spot on the band of the ring which 365-diamonds were prepared to easily deal with ( just repolishing was required and 5-7 working days time frame, time which i simply did not have). Then, the cutting of the stone was not great, you could see with a naked eye that the stone was pollished to a standard you would normally expect and it did felt a bit of DIY cut and polish. The stone was quite flat and that affected it's brilliance. Just a couple of months before my hubby bought me a ring at one of the jewellers in Holborne and by comparing the two you could easily see which ring was superio in terms of stone cut, polish and general product finishing. So you might save a bit with 365-diamonds but would not get the best deal in terms of quality...Something has to be compromised...
